Hello all.

I have a PA 'Electric Shock' (390g). Mostly I have taught myself on the G3 simulator.

Do you think your club is suitable for me?

Regards

Did I miss something - was 15th June a non-flying day?

Postby AndyThirtover on Sun Jun 15, 2008 8:21 pm

Hi Nadmas

I reckon I found the field with a combination of your directions and Google earth.

I could see where the runways had been mown.

I was there at 1400 - 1500 and later at 1715-1800, but no-one was there! I popped up to see what was going on and say hello.

Did I miss something ?

Regards

Andy
Good to hear you found us, if you were up there on a Sunday, this day is normally quieter for visitors mainly because we can not fly IC powered models on this particular day. If you can make it down on a Saturday or Wednesday evening then there is a good turn out.
In the long run I am trying to encourage gliding to make use of the Sunday flying rules

Flying a plane is no different from riding a bicycle. It's just a lot harder to put baseball cards in the spokes
